Marriage and Family Life

The mission of the Marriage and Family Life Ministry has many goals:

1. Assist engaged couples who will be married at St. Anselm with choosing and completing a marriage preparation program as required by the Archdiocese: mentor couple marriage preparation six-week course; Engaged Encounter weekend; or Day for the Engaged.    

2. Enrich the marriages of our parishioners by providing Christ-centered programs like Willwood’s United in Love, United in Christ study series and Supper and Substance evenings.  

3. Facilitate engaged and married couples in training and education for Natural Family Planning (NFP). Engaged couples marrying at St. Anselm must attend a Natural Family Planning class in addition to the marriage preparation classes. Click here to learn more. 

4. Support our separated and divorced parishioners with care and assistance.
